Single story, modern family style home, has 2800 sq. ft. and sets on 2 acres in a very quiet, private and relaxed neighborhood. Circle drive with plenty of parking for cars & boat trailers. A large screened in porch, sun deck, lounge chairs and gas BBQ grill. A pull in boat slip, also a dock for fishing/sun bathing or boat parking. 120 ft. to the Gulf access and 10 minutes to the cut to the Ocean. Fishing/Diving boats are available for rent by the day or week. A 30 ft Welcraft can be chartered with a captain. Private air transportation is available from anywhere in Fl for up to five people, reasonable rates. Inquire for additional information. |

Large living room with a fireplace. VCR and telephone. Linens, towels, pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, washer & dryer and more. Completely furnished with everything needed to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. A cook and/or daily maid service can be provided for a reasonable fee. |
