Dolphin Marina is located at the entrance to the subdivision making it easy to launch your boat, get gas, snacks and all your fishing needs. It is also where the boat shuttle to Little Palm Island is located; that will take you to one of the most famous dining experiences in the Lower Keys.

The home is pleasantly decorated in soft leather furniture, comfy beds and crisp linens. This home offers all tile floors and generous spacious rooms. 2 bedrooms upstairs and bath and connected by an exterior stair case to a small suite on the lower floor. The kitchen is a joy and has everything you will need for all the fantastic meals you will make for you and your guests.

Enjoy the porch overlooking the crystal clear canal, great for swimming. This vacation home has beautiful sunset views over the salt ponds for spectacular sunset colors every evening. This is a monthly vacation rental only!

Payment Information

Deposits: 600.00

Payment Policies: Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.

Cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office one week prior to your arrival to confirm your specific check-in procedures. At that time, departure procedures will also be discussed.

Tax: 12.5%
